The Lands at Hillside Farms is dedicated to restoring this magnificent Agricultural and Summer Estate to its original grandeur and creating an invaluable educational, cultural, and historic resource, a place with a community-driven purpose.

Visitors will experience the past and explore the possibilities of the future.
Fields and pastures will be alive with crops and livestock.
Sustainable agricultural methods will provide healthy food free of chemicals, presented field to table at our Café and Dairy Store.
Cooperative agreements with local farmers and businesses will reinforce our commitment to providing local/regional fresh product.
Touring the restored Historic Greenhouses and Heritage Gardens will be both an educational experience and a chance for quiet enjoyment.
Living History demonstrations will provide opportunities to experience farm life of the late 19th century.
